Lettuce (Let us) welcome YaHVaH’s Word into our kitchen, supper table and our bodies.  We will not keep HIM out of our kitchen.  We love YaHVaH and keep His Word.  This is going to be something to consider of vegetables, animals and “what’s for supper?”  There is also short study of Romans 14.

But first, What was the first sin?  Gen/Ber 3:6 "And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food...gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat (H398)." The first sin was "eating something that was forbidden". We will put aside the alibi "This was only symbolic". Whether the fruit was physical or symbolic, they still did "eat".   Looking-up the phrase “To eat” above,
Strong's Concordance #H398 'akal (aw-kal') "A prim. root; to eat (literally or figuratively):- X at all, burn up, consume, devour...feed (with), food..." So, it’s about eating.

Our First Place of Mention about meat is found in Gen/Ber 7:2 "Of every clean beast thou shalt take to thee by sevens...those that are not clean by two, the male and his female."  Only one unclean pair of each kind was loaded into the Ark.  This is our foundation for belief that overshadows all further teachings about animals.
Clean/Unclean~ The clean animals were stored on the ark by seven's. It's careless when we teach that all animals, the clean and unclean, went into the ark by two's. Come out of our old traditions into Truth of YaHVaH Word. The clean by sevens.

What would have happened if any unclean animal on the ark were eaten?
Without a male or female to reproduce, the species would be eliminated.
We know by reading the rest of Scriptures having to do with this same subject that Noah would not have eaten pork, ham, bacon or sausage. YaHVaH’s Word is the same yesterday, today and forever.  Now, that shows the simple consistency without contradiction.
On the other hand, if Noah ate one of the clean animals, there would still be six other pair that could reproduce after its kind.
The clean and unclean animals are listed in the human “owners’-manual" called The Scriptures, commonly called The Bible, in Leviticus/Vy 11:11,13, 42 and Deut/Debarim 14:3.  "Thou shalt not eat any abominable thing."
Most nominal believers will think, "YaHVaH, please stay out of my kitchen."
This teaching has been covered by other teachers; please see the links below.
Torah:  It is for our greater good!
Lev 11:10 And all that have not fins and scales in the seas, and in the rivers, of all that move in the waters, and of any living thing which is in the waters, they shall be an abomination unto you:
Lev 11:11 They shall be even an abomination unto you; ye shall not eat of their flesh, but ye shall have their carcases in abomination.
Lev 11:12 Whatsoever hath no fins nor scales in the waters, that shall be an abomination unto you.
Lev 11:13 And these are they which ye shall have in abomination among the fowls; they shall not be eaten, they are an abomination: the eagle, and the ossifrage, and the ospray etcetera..
Lev 18:22 Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.

Can you think of anything better than having a spiritually clean spirit and body cleansed by the mighty Spirit of YaHVaH? If this clean heart were represented by a shiny clean motor car, then the sinful heart is represented in picture as an old run-down, decrepit grimy motor.
There is nothing worse than a foul sinful sluggish heart that constantly battles against the decrees of YaHVaH.

Prophesy concerning the clean and unclean is found in IsaiYah 65, 66 and The Revelation Rev. 18:2 “..and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird”.
IsaiYah 65:4  "Which eat swine's flesh, and the broth of abominable things is in their vessels."

Pigs were unclean in the Old Covenant. They are unclean in the New Covenant (or Renewed Covenant) and they are unclean now. IsaiYah 65 (below) shows they are unclean in the future. "YaHVaH is the same yesterday, today and forever."  In many Scriptures, The Revelation and in Torah we are told not to add or take away from His Word, the Scriptures.
Mark 5:13 When YaHOSHA Messiah sent about 2,000 herd of swine over the cliff.  IsaiYah 66 where the broth of abominable, unclean thing is in their vessels.

Luke 10:8 and Peter’s vision in Acts 10 - Did Messiah change the nature of unclean animals allowing ingesting of unclean animals?  Certainly not! Acts 10:28 “..but YaHVaH has showed me that I should not call any MAN common or unclean”.  YaHVaH was not encouraging or allowing cannibalism but that we may have full communication with Gentile believers.
Did Romans 14, Paul really mean “We must not offend our neighbor, but it is okay to offend YaHVaH, and eat literally ANYTHING that is set before us?”
But no! YaHVaH has no contradiction in His Word.

What about those animal offerings connected to the Shabbat and Feast days in Torah? ZecharYah 14 and Ezekiyl show that PRAISE offerings, not sin offerings will continue in the future. YaHOSHA Messiah did away with the SIN offerings, Hebrews 9:9-11.
‘Which was a figure for the time then present, in which were offered both gifts and offerings that could not make him that did the service perfect as pertaining to the conscience:  Which stood only in meats and drinks and divers washings and carnal ordinances, imposed on them until the time of reformation.  11:  But Messiah being come an high priest of good things to come...12: by His own blood, He entered in ONCE into the separated place, having obtained eternal redemption for us.”

SWINE DESTROYED
Mark 5:1-17; Matthew 8:28-34 Two-Thousand herd of swine destroyed. Did Messiah waste food?
Matthew 15:37 They picked-up leftovers of clean food.

OF EATING THINGS:
Matthew 15:18 “But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man.  :20 These are the things which defile a man: But to eat with un-washen hands defileth NOT a man.”
Did YaHOSHA Messiah say that it does not matter if you eat unclean animals? Nonsense!  That certainly would have been a contradiction.
YaHOSHA clearly said that to eat with unwashed hands does not defile you.  It is NOT an abomination.
Eating swine IS AN ABOMINATION as we read in IsaiYah 65 and 66, and in the Torah.

It is a small thing to ignore YaHVaH’s food law to us Westerners.  We ingest the swine, the mouse and any abominable animal and call ourselves by His Name. We are disgusting to YHVH the Creator.  It is high time to repent.
Love our Master and show Him our total commitment and love.

We get a false impression if we just get saved, start in Galatians, near the end of the Book and think, “That’s the whole truth; that is all I need to know!”

Consult your "Owner's Manual"  Lev/Vy 11 on how to keep your spiritual engine clean.
Deut/Deb 14 demonstrates more “manufacturer’s instructions”.  First, as Emissary/Apostle Paul did, learn what the Torah says, then learn the Brit Kadasha (NT or Newer Writings).  Start at the beginning of the Scriptures, not at the end for the basis for understanding.

Please take the Lexicon and Concordance and prayerfully let the Ruach (Spirit) guide you into The Faith Once Delivered to the Chosen Ones. “Rabbis” and “experts” should be a guide, and not the last word. The issue is not “Will I die or have impaired health if I consume this?”  Admittedly there is reason to be concerned.  THIS is the issue: “Will this act offend YHVH?”  The first sin…was eating something.  See Bereshith/Genesis 3:6 and 7:2.

In Isaiah/YeshaYahu 65:4 in END TIMES: "Those that eat swine's flesh and broth of abominable things in their vessels are people that provoke YaHVaH to anger, continually ."
IsaiYah 66 all - notice 66:17 Isa 66:15 For, behold, YaHVaH will come with fire, and with his chariots like a whirlwind, to render his anger with fury, and his rebuke with flames of fire.
Isa 66:16 For by fire and by his sword will YaHVaH plead with all flesh: and the slain of YaHVaH shall be many.
Isa 66:17 They that sanctify themselves, and purify themselves in the gardens behind one tree/cross in the midst, eating swine's flesh, and the abomination, and the mouse, shall be consumed together, saith YaHVaH.

ABOMINABLE:
Hebrew word #6292 "Piggul" means ”abominable".
Hebrew word #8441 “Tob-ea” Abomination
Unclean- Hebrew Word #2931 “To-may” = defiled, unclean

Luke_16:15 And he said unto them, Ye are they which justify yourselves before men; but Elohim knoweth your hearts: for that which is highly esteemed among men is abomination in the sight of Elohim.
Rev_21:27 And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life.

Haggai 2:12-13, Ex 29:37; 30:29 “If one bear pure (Clean) flesh in the skirt of his garment, and with his skirt do touch bread, or pottage, or wine, or oil, or any meat, shall it be pure?  And the priests answered and said, “No”!  Therefore, it is not possible to take contaminated or unclean food and have it “koshered” by someone.

Romans 14 concerning foods can be understood to apply to vegetarians versus meat eaters.  It does not contrast clean foods versus unclean flesh.

Romans 14:14 “..That there is nothing unclean (COMMON of itself, but to him that esteemeth any thing to be common, to him it is common.”  In consideration of Is. 65:4 and 66:17 unclean is still an abomination in the future kingdom.  It truly is sinful then to tell myself that I can eat anything which I feel like eating and further that YaHVaH has no authority in my culinary life.

Romans 14:17 “For the kingdom of YaHVaH is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy, in the Ruach ha Kadosh.”

This is used as an alibi to say that the dietary laws, unclean flesh being an abomination, has been done away with.  They might as well take it one step further and say that a believer is to neither EAT or DRINK but he should spend energy on righteousness, peace and joy.  That person would not live for very long.

:22  “Hast thou faith?  Have it to thyself before YaHVaH.  Happy is he that condemneth not himself in that thing which he alloweth.”
Again I cannot help but use unskillful"Protest'ant" reasoning that “As long as I do not condemn myself in doing anything, I have happiness in anything I want!"  That can lead to sin and compromise.

What Paul means in Romans 14:17 is “We do not waste too much time in our enjoyment of food”.  We will spend much more time on “righteousness, peace and joy in YaHVaH’s Spirit”. And FEAST we will, for that is partly what we do at most of YaHVaH’s Feasts.

Romans 14:22 above means we will have a clear, clean conscience when we allow YaHVaH’s Word to direct our lives.  When we obey Him, we will not condemn ourselves.

Matthew 23:23 “And you have omitted the weightier matters of the Torah:  Judgment, mercy and faith.  These ought you to have done, and not to leave the OTHER undone.” What was the other?  “You pay TITHE (tith) of mint and anise and cummin.”

John 16:8-11 “When (the Comforter/Spirit) is come, He will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness and of judgment.”

If we enjoy eating unclean flesh, we make ourselves abominable (Deuteronomy 14).
This is a short study of Romans 14.  It could be researched at WWW.Giveshare.org or at home in personal study.  Bear carving at Feast of Tabernacles in 1930's:

Is All Animal Flesh, Good Food”  an excerpt from
               http://www.giveshare.org/Health/animalflesh.html

Many adults still think that anything we can stuff in our mouths is good for food.

And when we put into our stomach all kinds of foul things which the Great Architect never intended,we foul up our body. We invite sickness, disease, aches, pains, a dulled and clogged-up mind, inefficiency and inability  and we commit suicide on the installment plan by actually shortening our life!

You Are Eating POISON!
You should not eat every plant that grows out of the ground. Some things that grow are POISON, and not for food.
The Great Architect of your stomach Instructs us.  He designed our human mechanism, the body.
When the first written revelation of YaHVaH came to man through Moses in the Torah, YaHVaH instructed man as to which kinds of animal flesh man ought or ought not to eat. You will find this list in Leviticus 11 and Deuteronomy 14. This is a basic law a revelation from YaHVaH to man about which kinds of flesh will properly digest and assimilate in the human system.

False Statement:  “Now the eating of wrong food is not a transgression of this spiritual law, and is not a sin in this sense. To violate the physical laws of health brings the penalty of disease, disability, pain, sickness, and sometimes the first death. It is not necessarily spiritual sin.”
Look at the Scriptures. IsaiYah 66. Unclean is an ABOMINATION, yesterday, today and forever.
No Change in Structure of Animal Flesh at the tree at Calvary.
The animals whose flesh properly digests and nourishes the human body were so MADE IN THE ORIGINAL CREATION. No change was ever made in the structure of men’s bodies at the time of the flood, or at the time of Messiah’s death, or any other time. Neither did YaHVaH make some sudden change in the structure of animal flesh.  What once was unfit for food will not digest properly and supply the body’s needs in the modern world.
The unclean animals were UNCLEAN BEFORE THE FLOOD OF NOAH’S TIME. And they are unclean now, and in the future, according to IsaiYah 65 and 66 for example.

Not Ceremonial Law
The instruction in the eleventh chapter of Leviticus, then, is not some ritualistic regulation for the Mosaic period only. Why do so many people have the idea that YaHVaH is some great unfair monster who imposes foolish hardships on His people? Whatever YaHVaH instructs us is for OUR GOOD, not some nonsensical restriction for one period to be changed around some different way for other people of a different period.  There is only one Covenant for all:  Hebrews 8:10.

What about Peter’s Vision, Acts 10?
What about the sheet of unclean animals shown to the Apostle Peter in a vision? Did this vision change the entire composition of all unclean animals, or of the human apparatus, so that these unfit things suddenly become nourishing food?  He confessed in Acts Ten verse 28, ". . YaHVaH hath shewed me that I should not call any man common or unclean."  Now we may freely fellowship with Gentile believers as well as Jews.

Peter never had a midnight snack that night!  He never ate anything.  It is not written.  And now he was free to minister to the Nations.
Common sense tells us that YaHVaH did not intend for us to eat every creature. But we just aren’t willing to let our Creator tell us which meats will give us lasting health and strength, and which ones are injurious to our bodies, and will eventually bring on more sickness and disease. It is time we let YaHVaH tell us what is clean and what is unclean instead of using our faulty human reason!
Some people, however, still want to argue with YaHVaH! One text they will bring up is found in I Timothy 4:1-5. Read it carefully.
Paul Instructs Vegetarians
Paul’s letter to the saints at Rome is often quoted as supposed proof that any kind of flesh food is good to eat. But is this what Paul really taught?
Turn to the beginning of the 14th chapter of Romans. Notice what the apostle is writing: "Him that is WEAK in the faith receive ye"  don’t dispute with him and sit in judgment on him because of his weak understanding of the faith. Paul continues, "For one believeth that he may eat all things, another who is weak, eateth herbs [vegetables only]," Romans 14:1-2.
Of whom is Paul writing? Of those who were VEGETARIANS, as well as those who believed in eating both flesh foods and vegetables.
Paul was confronted with the same problem that we encounter today in carrying the gospel to the world. You would be surprised at the number of people who do not eat MEAT or even any animal products: milk, butter, cheese, eggs. Some have meatless days or days on which they will eat fish only. These are all people who, because they are WEAK in the faith, abstain from those clean meats which YaHVaH originally SANCTIFIED or set apart in His Word for man’s physical nourishment.
The question confronting Paul was not that the Believers at Rome contended that all unclean animals had now been cleansed by YaHVaH  the common false assumption of today but the real issue, according to verse two, was over the vegetarian belief held by some that NO MEATS whatsoever should be eaten!
Paul was correcting the brethren on this matter, telling them that none of those clean meats which had been created by YaHVaH, to be received with thanksgiving should be refused. He pointed out to them, however, that it would be wrong for the vegetarians to eat meat if they had doubts about it, thereby defiling their weak consciences. For he wrote, ". . . happy is he that condemneth not himself in that thing which he alloweth. And he that doubteth is damned if he eat, because he eateth not of faith: for whatsoever is not of faith is sin" (Romans 14:22-23)
.
We must follow what YaHVaH has revealed to us to be CLEAN according to the WORD OF YAHVAH. This does not mean that our consciences always tell us what is right! YeremiYah_17:9  The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?  We have to continually study to learn what is right and wrong. A vegetarian who might sincerely and conscientiously deny himself the clean meats, may not know the full truth.  A person is blessed who would do the right thing according to the letter, that is, The Word and the spirit.
So "to him"  the vegetarian  "that esteemeth anything to be common, to him"  the vegetarian  "it is common." That is, it seems so to him. But it is not common in fact, nor to us, for we know that ALL clean meats are good for food.
That is why Paul wrote: "I know, and am persuaded by Messiah, that there is nothing common of itself" (Romans 14:14).

Notice that in this verse Paul used, according to the margin of the King James Version, the Greek word for "common," not the Greek word for "unclean." Why?
"Common" Does Not Mean "Unclean".

Many have carelessly assumed that Paul is writing about unclean meats in this 14th chapter of Romans. He is not! He is writing about the difference between vegetarians who regard that clean meats are common, and those who know that clean meats are of themselves not common.
In the Greek there are two different words used which are often carelessly translated "unclean" or "common." Notice that in Acts 10:14 BOTH OF THESE WORDS are used. The Bible does not repeat itself foolishly. Therefore these two words mean entirely different things.
The Greek word for "unclean" is akarthatos. It means unclean and impure BY NATURE. The Greek word for "common" is koinos, which means polluted THROUGH EXTERNAL MISUSE. (See any of the Lexicons.)

Paul used the Greek word for "common" throughout Romans 14:14. He did not use the Greek word for "unclean." In other words, Paul knew that no clean foods which YaHVaH has sanctified are by nature polluted, but vegetarians who were WEAK in the faith WEAK in understanding YaHVaH's Word thought meats should not be eaten. To such a vegetarian  "to him," not to others  that meat seemed to be polluted. HIS CONSCIENCE defiled the meat for him; he would become upset if he were to eat meat. But that does not make the meat polluted in fact or for everybody else.
Notice Paul’s conclusion: "For meat destroy not the work of YaHVaH. All things indeed are pure," that is, all things that YaHVaH sanctified and gave us to eat are clean  "but it is evil for that man who eateth with offense. It is good neither to eat flesh, nor to drink wine, nor anything whereby thy brother stumbleth . . ." (verses 20 and 21).
Paul is not recommending eating unclean meats! Quite the opposite. He is recommending not eating any meat at all in the presence of a vegetarian brother if he is offended!

When Is "Clean" Meat "Common"?
The only circumstance in which clean meats are ever common or polluted is when the clean animals have died of themselves or when the blood has not been properly drained. That is why the apostles and elders who gathered at Jerusalem forbade the use of meat from strangled animals and meat with the blood in it (Acts 15:20). This is New Testament teaching for today!

Such animal flesh was called "common" because it could be given to strangers or aliens in Old Testament times if those people wanted to eat it. They were the common and polluted people  the Gentiles  not the chosen and clean people, Israel (Deuteronomy 14:21).

In New Testament times, clean meat offered to idols was prohibited if it had been polluted by strangulation or if the blood were remaining in it. Otherwise the meat was permitted to be eaten if it did not offend anyone.
Paul devoted the entire 8th and 10th chapters of I Corinthians to instructions on not raising the question of meats offered to idols. "But if any man say unto you, This is offered in sacrifice unto idols, eat not for his sake that shewed it, and for conscience sake" (I Corinthians 10:28). In other words, if clean meats offered to idols were not polluted, you could eat of them unless it offended someone. Under those circumstances the meat became common, not to you, but to the other person who raised the question about idols. Notice: "Conscience, I say, not thine own, but of the other" (verse 29).
That is why Paul said in Romans, "But to him that esteemeth any thing to be common, to him it is common" (Romans 14:14).

Prophecy for the Future
What does the Bible say the people would be doing today? Notice. "They that eat SWINES FLESH"  that is what most people are doing today  "and the abomination, and the mouse, SHALL BE CONSUMED TOGETHER"  in the wrath of YaHVaH  "saith the Lord" (Isaiah 66:17).
This is the fate of those who lust after the foods which YaHVaH forbids you to eat because those meats will harm you. This is the fate of those "whose YaHVaH is their belly"! (Philippians 3:19).

Is it any wonder today, that with all our supposed scientific knowledge, we have more doctor bills, more sickness than ever before in the history of the world? It is time we returned to YaHVaH and began to obey His laws. He is our Creator. He made us. He and He alone knows what our bodies were made to utilize as good, healthful foods. He set the laws in motion regulating clean and unclean meats. It is time we began to obey them as Messiah and the apostles did!

Two other points to be briefly mentioned. YaHVaH condemns also the eating of animal FAT, or BLOOD (Leviticus 3:17, 7:23; etc.). Butter, olive oil, and some vegetable oils and shortenings are all right, but animal fat should be cut off before eating meat. Hamburger is not good because it is mixed with much fat. Lard should never be used. These things will wreck any stomach in time.
False statement:

It may not be a sin of "thought" to eat unclean meats. Yet, if one deliberately does it out of lust of appetite, that breaks the tenth command and becomes sin. But in all events, wrong food injures the body which is the temple of the Pure Spirit. It defiles the BODY, if not the man, and if we defile our bodies, YaHVaH will destroy us (I Corinthians 3: 17).
“Sin is the transgression of the Torah” and eating unclean flesh is an abomination, and a transgression of the Torah.  We are not under "grace" to sin willfully.
The previous article is from http://www.giveshare.org/Health/animalflesh.html

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RULE:
Some live not by YaHVaH’s way but live by EXCEPTIONS TO THE RULE.  They want to cross the line, or live close to it and live as worldly as possible.  Like many in these last days.  Why not follow ALL of the Word of YHVH today?

He says, "My heart is right, therefore instead of leaning on the conservative orthodox side of caution, I will do anything I want!” Such as what?  Let's give that student credit. “I'll do anything I want, such as keeping the statutes, judgments and commandments of YHVH. I'm going to keep ALL His Sabbaths, feast days and new moons. I'm preparing and laying aside the second tithe, which will take care of food and travel at the Feasts of Unleavened Bread and Tabernacles. I will give to the widow and the orphan, and keep myself pure.

In this world, the first sin was, remember, eating something.  Nothing changes.
Since I know the basics in the Torah, 'ANYTHING I WANT' will not include eating pork, ham, shellfish or snails, breaking Sabbaths, nor having intimate relations outside of marriage or with animals.  Believers start to become blessed.  The Bride always keeps herself pure and ready!

The real question is, "How many sins am I willing to commit to do
violence to Torah and pour vomit upon the precious offering of
The Messiah?"  "How many sins would it take to impale Him freshly
upon the tree of torture at Calvary?"  Only one sin!  My sin! Your sin!

                        I NEVER KNEW YOU
“Pardon Me, What’s your name? I never knew you.
That’s what He’ll say to so many that day.
Pardon Me, What’s your name? I never knew you!
Are the last Words they will hear the Savior say.

I’m sure YaHVaH (lord) keeps calling them but they have tuned Him out.
Don’t want that narrow patch to heaven, so they have made another route.
They think they are “connected” to reality and have true inner peace.
But when they stand before YaHVaH (lord) their games will cease.”

Koshering authorities should be hired to grade products.  Apparently, it’s fairly cheap to obtain a rabbi to determine if products are kosher. To reiterate, Rabbis are not always the final answer, or “gospel”, but they are a great aid to those of us who have no clue what’s in the can, box or container.
The following is excerpted from a complete list of common food additives which may be non-kosher found at WWW.Karaism.com as we begin to search.

“PRODUCTS TO WATCH OUT FOR”

Farina may contain PEPSIN, from a hog.  Food coloring, carmine is from insects (not kosher) used in many products including unfermented and organic yogurt.  Doctors in the Nutrition Action newsletter inform us of the cochineal bug used in food coloring.

Formaldehyde is a bad food additive, also a great disinfectant!  Now that’s multipurpose!
Surf the FDA website for information on yellow five, red forty and Blue number-one food additives.  Shockingly, these colors can sometimes be found in “kosher” products.  But the FDA does admit that they could kill you.  So it’s an easy choice to make. This demonstrates that not all koshering by rabbis is accurate.

Civet food additive - Civet is used in beverages, candy, pastries, gum and ice cream. It is derived from the unctuous secretion from the gland recept__ of both male and female African Civet-cats (Viverra civetta). Navigate to WWW.Karaism.com

Bread and Pies: Animal shortenings are UNclean. Vegetable shortenings might be okay.  I do not have research on that. Check it out.

Toothpaste:

The concern for unclean toothpaste, soap and shampoo is that the unclean is actually in contact with you.  And, it can make its way into your pores.
Butler, Jason's Tom's, and Viadent toothpaste are clean.  Get some soon.
Glycerin and gelatin additives quite often are unclean.
Crest rep says the following do not contain animal by-products:

Resource about foods:
In the booklet, “Consumer Dictionary of Food Additives” by Ruth Winter from Internet or a store you will find helpful advise on the source of food additives.  If the product is labeled “kosher” you might trust that the item is healthy for consumption and the flavor is from a clean source. Look under “Natural Flavors” contained in beverages and food. Many natural flavors come from the civet cat, particularly “the area between its privates”.

Vitamin D3 - Rabbis versus the A.M.A- People are giving-up milk with calcium due to the some “expert rabbi” advising that "all milk is unclean unless it has D1 or D2 vitamin, but not D3".  Without casting doubt, should we totally trust a rabbi or teacher who gives no proof where he got the information?  No one is totally infallible.  When proof is backed-up by WHERE they got the information, we might trust the advice.  But it is better to err on the side of caution.  Pray and do research.

Calcium from carrots and dark green vegetables can build STRONG health. Taking unclean animals into you could have adverse effects on your spiritual body!

The lesson is that true believers should be cautious when acquiring food.  If it has piggul Hebrew word #6292 or swine’s broth, woe unto us!  Have a carrot!

Looking forward to recovering and by the power of our Mighty Master in the third heaven, YaHVaH, and not in ourselves, we shall see better health.  HE has already given us the automatic capability to heal.
We must put the proper juices and vegetables in, the foods that heal, and not  foods that kill, into our bodies.  Our mothers knew these secrets, but the media and corporations convinced her she was wrong.  Some modern Moms sometimes give or gave wrong advice. Too much TV!

“Refined sugar was considered a high society party drug in the middle ages and given to soldiers to make them fight more viciously.”

I would guess that ANY kind of sugar is less than healthy for us.  Now since I started cutting-back on all that stuff my old body is healthier and younger.

To avoid plagues, abstain from contaminated and Scripturally forbidden meats such as pork, pepperoni but also filthy infested chicken and turkey. Try to cut-out all kinds of bacon, (turkey bacon also). Fasting is good for your soul and spirit. Keep a well-balanced diet of fruits, vegetables and if possible, fish.
Disclaimer: This ministry does not endorse all the teachings on Internet.  We do not totally endorse various teachings, such as using “W” to replace the “V” in our Master’s Name, nor their timing of Feasts, their false doctrine of  Divorce and Remarriage, the RCC dogma of  the Catholic Trinity.
[The government of the U.S. would appreciate it if we said that “None of the medical advice we give you has been proven to cure you of a disease.”]
While you read the Scriptures, you will become able to judge between good and evil.  This is about loving and living, fearing and respecting YaHVaH.
