Matthew 3:11 "I indeed immerse you with water unto repentance, but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear. He shall immerse you with the Separated ha Kadosh, and with fire; 12 Whose fan is in his hand, and he will thoroughly purge his floor, and gather His wheat into the garner; but He will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire."

2 Corinthians 4:7 Earthen Vessels
We have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of the Sovereign, and not of us.

How to Immerse:
It is best to have many come to the Immersion so they can witness: When a person begins to repent, and confess, and testify what Messiah Yahosha has done, there ought to be many who can (if possible) witness the transformation by the Ruach ha Kadosh or Spirit of YaHVah. (KadOsh with a long O.)
While it is not absolutely necessary to have an official, elder or Pastor (who was previously immersed into Messiah by an official) it may help. However, if no one is available, let Messiah immerse you, then you can immerse your brother and congregation. There is no “chain of command” where the baptizer is an elder, chief or long-time leader. Any believer can immerse a candidate.
How wonderful to be immersed into the Messiah!
Although there are examples in the book of John on Baptism and in Acts, the Messiah Yahosha is the One who immerses and Baptizes us.  It is not a spiritual leader doing a work.

We must be willing to make a lifetime Covenant commitment to YaHVaH.  Hebrews 8:10

When there is no other baptized man to LEAD the baptism, YaHosha will baptize us if we ask Him.
One person can accompany the one out into the water, and assist, to make sure the one can go all the way under the water safely. (Be sure the one is in modest appropriate clothing, without glasses or wallet or pictures.)
There should be a crowd of people who can hear the testimonies being said.
The assistant can ASK the one to say WHY HE WANTS TO BE BAPTIZED; TESTIFY OF SOME OF HIS PAST SINS, and later
TESTIFY THAT HE IS THANKFUL FOR HAVING HIS PAST SINS WASHED AWAY, BY THE BLOOD OF YAHOSHA MESSIAH. (Some use different names for the Messiah than YaHOSHA.)
We do not baptize "In the title of Father, Son and Holy Ghost." Those are only titles. A suggested way to say the Baptism might be "I AM BEING IMMERSED IN THE WATERY GRAVE, BY THE DEATH AND RESURRECTION OF YAHOSHA MESSIAH. ALL MY PAST SINS THAT ARE REPENTED OF ARE FORGIVEN BY HIS BLOOD THAT WAS SHED. ALL MY FUTURE SINS MUST BE INDIVIDUALLY REPENTED AND FORGIVEN. I DO NOT TRUST IN ANY WORKS OF MY OWN TO BE SAVED."
Go to the water in proper clothing, with witnesses observing; go under the water, then come up again. Testify in general terms (or a few specifics) what sins and bondage you are being removed from, by the power of Messiah. [These days, a state religious license of any kind is practically useless, except for taxing purposes. Forget about all those fancy titles which leaders bestow upon themselves.]
“The Most High, the Sovereign One, the Bridegroom is making you (you are part of Yisrael) His BRIDE. This is the espousal; the marriage I believe will be consummated in New Jerusalem in Eternity at the Wedding Supper.”
Remember the Scriptures to ask for the power to repent of ALL our sins, iniquities and transgressions. If we have cheated or lied, we can try to make reparations or pay them for the damage soon.
Example, “Shalom, I am ________ and I want to confess the power of YaHVaH through His Spirit, that I have been a disgusting, sinful, selfish person. My OLD self is dying. Now I am being made a new creature in Messiah. Old things are passed away, all things (spiritually) are becoming new. Praise Him for changing my whole life. Thank you YaHVaH through Thy Son, that I am really Born Again. Very soon I want to receive the fullness of the Spirit, the Ruach ha Kadosh; that is the next step..I testify to the power of YaHVaH’s Son, I am being transformed. Thou art stripping away my sinful nature and I have the newness of life.” (end of my example speech.
Record the date, place and some of the names of those present, in your files and address book, and in the Scriptures if you like, of this Immersion.

** IMMERSION/Baptism:
The next step after repentance from sin is immersion. In Greek the word “baptizo” #907 “To make whelmed (i.e. fully wet) wash” or "to put under";
Hebrew word #H7364 “rachats” “to lave, bathe, wash, #H3526 “kawbas “ “to wash” not “sprinkle”. The majority of Hebrew words “to wash, bathe” are rachats and kawbas. Also Tubal.

Scriptures commanding us to be immersed: Mark 16:16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.

James 2:19 The devils also ‘Just Believe’; Thou believest that there is one Elohim; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.
20 But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?

Matthew 28:19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of YaHVaH the Father, and of the Son YaHOSHA, and of the Pure Spirit:  Ruach ha Kadosh (long Ohhh):
Mat 28:20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world.

Acts 2:38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of YaHosha Messiah for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Pure Spirit Ruach ha Kadosh.

2 Kings 5:13 And his servants came near, and spoke unto him, and said, My father, if the prophet had bid thee do some great thing, would thou not have done it? how much rather then, when he saith to thee, Wash, and be clean?
Then went he down, and dipped himself seven times in Jordan, according to the saying of the man of Elohim: and his flesh came again like unto the flesh of a little child, and he was clean.

Luke 7:29-30 And all the people that heard him, and the publicans, justified Elohim, being baptized with the baptism of John.
But the Pharisees and lawyers rejected the counsel of Elohim against themselves, being not baptized of him.

Because of the growing apostasy, baptism is decreasing in importance. Most ministers minimize baptism to avoid being put on the spot of controversy. Our lives are currently in jeopardy. Here is the real question the carnal person will ask: "What is the very least I can get by with? I only need to believe.” “Baptism is works and I’m not saved by works” they say. No, Baptism is a work only of Messiah Who immerses us into His life, death, burial and Resurrection.

1 Cor. 15:1-4. Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand
By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Messiah died for our sins according to the scriptures;
1Co 15:4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

Once we read these Scriptures, the Truth is clear. If we try to hedge around the issue of baptism, it leads to moral relative-ism. Matthew 4:4 tells us! "Man is not to live by bread alone, but by EVERY WORD OF YAHVAH".

First Peter or Kepha 3:20b "..Noah, while preparing the ark FEW, that is, eight souls were saved by water. (Oh, sprinkling would do!) "The like figure whereunto even baptism does also now SAVE US...by the resurrection of YaHOSHA the Messiah.”

Acts 2:38 now: "Repent, and be immersed every one" and in the title of? No! "In the NAME of.." that substitute name above all names?” No! “In the Name of YaHOSHA for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Ruach ha Kadosh."

This is the baptism or immersion where the Messiah washes away our sins and gives us the gift of what is commonly called holy Spirit. We prefer His actual title of "Ruach ha Kadosh", the Pure Spirit, the spirit of separation from the world. See Acts 10:43> 18:8 "ALL his house immersed" and Acts 19.
We can read Romans 6. Read the whole chapter! "Is the law void through faith? Elohim forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?
Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Yahosha Messiah were baptized into his death?
Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Messiah was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:
Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.
For he that is dead is freed from sin.
Now if we be dead with Messiah, we believe that we shall also live with him:
Knowing that Messiah being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him.
For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he lives, he lives unto Elohim."

After you receive baptism, "reckon you also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto YaHVaH through YaHOSHA our Master. Romans 6, 7 and 8 is such a picture of overcoming sin. Now our response to YaHVaH's Word of eternal life is complete.

A step of obedience (and this is not sinning)  Be immersed INTO YaHOSHA.
In obedience; we are only accountable for what we CAN do.

Thief On The Tree: The thief likely was baptized already. It is unlikely this thief was just Gentile. If he were, the Jews would have had little say in this Roman execution of the Messiah and the thieves.
You cannot live in "Israel" without being circumcised. The thief on the tree knew who the Messiah is. But some still say,
"But I am not worried about how much water is in the baptismal." Oh! Does water in John Ch. 3 mean water? The Hebrew word means to immerse, so how can sprinkling get the job done?
    { I repeat some Scriptures to remind you:}

2 Kings 5:10> "And EliSHA sent a messenger unto him saying, Go and wash in Jordan seven times...shalt be clean. 14: Then went he down and dipped himself seven times in Jordan according to the man of YaHVaH." ”Go and wash in JORDAN.” “Are not Abana and Pharpar, rivers of Damascus, better than all the waters of the Chosen Land? “And his servants came near and spake unto him and said, My father, if the prophet had bid thee do SOME GREAT THING, would thou not have done it? …Wash, and be clean.”

Messiah said if we love Him, we would obey Him. He commanded that we be baptized into His Name in water. Let us read Mark 16:16 "He that believeth AND is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned."

So we only have to believe? How we can argue with Scripture! James 2:19 "Thou believest that there is One, YaHVaH, thou doest well: the devils also believe and tremble". The devils believe too, so they must be saved? Are you crazy or something? You cannot be immersed by being sprinkled. Be immersed in the Name of YaHVaH.

Luke 7:30 "But the Pharisees and lawyers rejected the counsel of YHVH against themselves, being not baptized of him."

We try to quote as many verses as possible to bring a further witness.
This ministry does not teach that people who find it impossible to be baptized will be lost. Scripture does not discuss such possibilities, it clearly shows YaHVaH as merciful, not wishing that any should perish, but come to repentance. If you are actively repenting of sins which you study in to, you will be on the correct tract towards the Savior of all mankind. Oh, Hallel YaHVaH!
So, if a person in the Faith has lived and studied the Word, he will find the nearest opportunity to come to submit himself to our Master's commands including baptism. If he quibbles that maybe he can just get by being sprinkled and not immersed, his position with The Creator might be in jeopardy.

"You have been buried with Him in baptism, and raised with Him through your faith in the power of YaHVaH, Who raised Him from the dead." Colossians 2:12.

"Go and make disciples of all nations, immerse them in the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Ruach ha Kadosh (not "the title of"), and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you." Matthew 28:19
The Hebrew word mikveh or mikvah #H4723 found in 1 Kings 10:28 and 2 Chronicles 1:16 only means to “Gather together, pool or linen yarn”.

SYMBOLS
Random House Dictionary says it is something used for, or, regarded as representing something else, often something immaterial, emblem, token, or sign.
Immersion/Baptism is like that. We are told when we come out of the water having been Baptized, we are a new person spiritually. That symbolized we have DIED to our old self and now we will live a different life than before. We are no longer supposed to do what we thought was the right thing by the old way of thinking, but we have to learn new ways to think and behave. If we have been told the correct things from the Scriptures, then we truly will do this. (St. John 3:3-8 ; and Romans6:1-11)
So, what are the things we should have been told?
(Matthew 3:1-20) John the Baptizer said to Repent and then he would have Baptized those who did so. The Messiah said it also when He told His disciples to "go into all the world" and preach this in Matt. 28:19-20. Peter preached this in Acts 2:38. But, there are also more things that should be done.
When we realize that we need to repent of our sins and be Baptized, we also need to know that there will be a cross of some kind for each of us to bear. So, if we are sincere, we need to "count the cost" (Luke 9:23-27 ; Matt. 10:37-39 ; 16:24-27) Paul describes it in 1 Corinthians 15:21-31). Our Saviour described it having "Life Abundantly" in St. John 10:10, and in !2:25 He said that 'if you hate your life in this world you will keep it". We are to be obedient daily as we are called to be, and keep these things in our minds (1st Peter 4:12 ; and 1:3-12). That way you will understand when these trials happen to you (Mica 7:6-7 ; Matt. 10:34-39 ; Luke 12:51-53. This is the part of your Baptism that appeared on the day of Pentecost----the appearance of cloven tongues of fire. The trial is the Purification of us which is to come, in this life, for the eternal one. (See Ist Cor. 3:13 ; Zech. 13:7-9 ; and Rev. 3:18-22)
Apostle John 5: 39 The Messiah said to “Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me and I Cor. 2: 1-16.
