ISAIAH
Isaiah means “Deliverance is of YaH” (#2268 & #3470 in Strong’s Concordance); or, “YaHVaH’s Salvation”
He preached to the Kings of Judah after the nation of Israel was divided (1Kings 12: 1-33).
Isaiah 28:9-13 “Whom shall he teach knowledge? And whom shall He make to understand doctrine, them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts.”
In verse 12 and 13 the words ” For precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little: For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people. To whom He said, “This is the rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing: yet they would not hear.” These words mean YHVH has given the Truth and Prophecies to them like a jig-saw Puzzle so that only those who truly are seeking Him and His righteousness would be able to put all the pieces together. That is why so many people find it so boring or hard to understand when they try to read the Bible. A person has to get in tune with the Creator of this Universe to go past the curse YHVH placed in Isaiah 6: 9-12. They will hear indeed, but not understand, and see indeed but not perceive what is being said.
However, if someone is truly seeking for The Way of what is the right way of doing things by which to live, And how to recognize what is the real Truth in a given set of circumstances, Then they need to follow the Words of THE MESSIAH in Matthew 5: 6 Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.” And in Matthew 7: 7-8 you get another promise of the same thing. Also in Isaiah 55: 1-3, and Revelation 3: 18-22.
In Isaiah 6: 1-6, Isaiah saw a vision which was the same as Ezekiel 1: 4-28; Revelation 4: 1-11, 5: 1-14. They all saw The Messiah, plus the same beasts, Cherubims (Genesis 3: 24) and Seraphims.
Isaiah was given the job of marrying a prophetess, and his children were named for the events which were about to take place in Judah when the Babylonians come against them. (Isaiah 8: 1-22). He also had to walk barefooted and naked as a Prophesy against Egypt and Ethiopia when Assyria invades them. It was also going to happen to Judah (Isaiah 20: 1-6) .
It is possible that the word “naked” was not a correct translation, H6194 (awrar )
Soon we will hear from IsaiYah about "a Man of sorrows, acquainted with grief..Surely he has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows." IsaiYah 53.

ISRAEL PAST AND FUTURE
YHVH warned Israel about their future behavior in Deuteronomy 17: 14-20. In the present day there are warnings and promises for us all. That is true whether we are descendants of Abraham by birth, or, not. If we believe in the Messiah and the New Testament then we are told in 1 Timothy 3: 16-17 that “all scripture is given by inspiration of God (YHVH), and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man 0f YHVH may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto good works.” (Deuteronomy 31:16-30 and Judges 2: 11-33)
One example of “promises for us all” is when they were worshipping and honoring YHVH in all their hearts and lives, they were greatly Blessed and happy, and the Nations and Countries around them heard about it. The Queen of Sheba (1 Kings 10: 1-29) is one, and Hiram, King of Tyre is another (1Kings 5:1-12).
One example of a warning for us all about following people around us who are not Believers in the Bible scriptures, is when they wanted a king “....now make us a king to judge us like all the nations.” (1 Kings 8: 1-5). Both the prophet Samuel and YHVH were very displeased with this because they knew what was going to happen to them in the future if this was done. The Torah had warned them about that. (Deut.17: 14-20).
However, YHVH told Samuel to go ahead and anoint a king but, to protest and tell them what a king will do to them (1Sam. 8: 6-22).
The first king was Saul. He sinned by disobeying a direct order from YHVH, concerning a King and his possessions. Then he consulted a witch, which was forbidden (1Sam. 28:3-25). After that many kings did evil things—including David (2 Sam.11: 1-17) and Solomon (1Kings 11: 1-43) and Ahab and his wife Jezebel (1Kings 21: 1-29 and 2 Kings 9:1-37).
Some of the Rabbis were negligent, or evil, like Eli who knew the sins of his sons, but would not correct them (1 Sam.2: 1-36). Others are mentioned in Jeremiah 2: 8-13 and Ezekiel 22: 23-31 which describes some of their deeds.
When YHVH could take no more, He broke the Covenant with the Nation of Israel physically, (Zechariah 11:1-17; Matthew 22:1-10; Luke 14: 16-24; Revelations 19: 6-8), but put them in the same category as the rest of humanity He was going to offer to all mankind through the death of The Messiah, (Gal. 3:26-29) yet to come at that point. In Ezekiel 11: 22-25 the Pure Spirit of YHVH left Jerusalem until The Messiah came into the world. When He started His ministry, He first Preached to the Hebrews, but after his death and resurrection, He sent His disciples to……”all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.” (Mark 16:15)
Israel had 2 missions, the first one was to honor and fulfill the Covenant YHVH made with Abraham (Genesis 4: 26 and mentioned in different ways and circumstances with him, Isaac, and Jacob all through Genesis). Also, as part of this, they were to have a righteous lineage so that they could receive all the promises made to Abraham. They were not all righteous but YHVH would correct them and bring them back to Him through the prophets He raised up within Israel. (Judges 2:16-19)
All through the Torah and the Prophets who were sent to them, Israelites were told of a future Blessing to come (Genesis 3: 14-15; Deuteronomy 18: 15-19; PSALMS 22: 16; Zechariah 12:10; 13: 6; Malachi 3: 1-6; 4: 5-6; and many other places mentioned by other writers elsewhere, especially Isaiah). The Messiah was to be someone who would deliver them from their oppressors, but, they didn’t notice that the prophecies also said there was a Suffering Servant. That is how He came the first time (Isa. 50: 4-9; 52:13-15; 53: 1-9).
In Deut. 8: 1-3 Moses said ...”and He humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knew not, neither did thy fathers know; that, man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of the Lord (YHVH) doth man live.” In Matthew 4: 3-4 when The Messiah came into the world, the Pure Sprit led Him into the desert to fast and pray. His human body was then in a weakened state so He was then tempted by Satan. The victory over these temptations was accomplished by quoting the Torah (Matthew 4:3-4). That is the example for us when we are faced with trials of our Faith. That is why we have to have important Scriptures planted in our memories and hearts.
In Judges 2:20-23, The reason is given why YHVH did not drive out the people HE said HE would, for Israel. Please read it for yourself.
The Messiah has indeed come into this world as a human, fulfilling all the Scriptures prophesied about Him from Genesis to Malachi (Gen. 3:15 ; Deut. 18:15; Mal. 3;1-6, 4:5-6). Old Testament Prophecies with some of the ones which were fulfilled are below. The Messiah was concerned with their spirits which had died in the Garden of Eden when Adam and Eve sinned.
When that is restored, then they will be ready for the rewards awaiting them in the next life. And then they also could be examples for the whole world to follow. The Ten Commandments were just the beginning for the kind of world He had created for mankind to dwell in. Isaiah is full of prophecies of the Messiah’s mission on earth, what He would look like, what He would say and do, His righteous judgments, and where He would dwell and be born (Isaiah 2: 1-5 and all of chapters 50-55)
Some Of The Prophecies given and fulfilled
Genesis 3: 14-15 In his human form, The Messiah died for our sins, so Satan (the serpent) had bruised the heel of the woman’s seed, and Messiah had bruised the head of the serpent (St. John 19: 28-30).
John the Baptizer was prophecied to prepare the way for The Messiah to start His Ministry (Isaiah 40:1-5), and he did so in Matthew 3:1-17.
Isaiah 7: 14 said that a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall be called Immanuel. The other prophecy that goes with that is Isaiah 9: 6, “For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon His shoulder: and His Name shall be called “Wonderful Counselor, The Mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.” The Hebrew Title is Messiah. His birth is recorded in Matthew 1: 18-25.
The Messiah is going to come again, and this time He will be The Conquering King the Hebrews expected the first time He came. He will make war until He makes His enemies His footstool. (Hebrews 10: 12-13; Revelations 5:1-14, and chapters 19-22). This is just a sample, and I will have a larger amount later.

Ezekiel
In this study, I wish to demonstrate how YHVH (YaHVaH) deals with evil, in this case, of Israel’s disregarding HIS Laws. And we are to see if we can learn something for our own lives. (2 Timothy 3: 16-17)
Cherubims are huge Messengers who do YHVH’s commands and stand beside the Throne and Mercy Seat of YHVH in the place where He dwells. This is duplicated on The Ark of the Covenant which Moses was told to build by instructions given by YHVH in Exodus 25:10-40 and 37:1-39. Shittim wood (KJV) is an old word for Acacia.
In the first chapter we are told his location at the time was as one of the captives taken from Israel by King Nebuchadrezzar. (The kings’ name is spelled differently in Daniel 1: 1) The vision given to him in Ezekiel 1:4-28 and to John in Revelation 4: 5-11 was the same.
The appearance of the man on the Throne here and in Ezekiel 8: 1-4 was the Messiah in His normal place as a part of YHVH doing what He was told to do. (St. John 5: 17 and 9:4) What He did in chapter 8 was to show how people were sinning, secretly worshipping and weeping for the Pagan false god Tammuz, thinking YHVH does not know about it. This is why YHVH is going to have Ezekiel do some strange things.
His mission was to first eat the Scroll given to him in Ezekiel 2: 9-10 and 3: 1-27. This was The Word of YHVH which he would be sent to say and demonstrate to the people about what was going to happen to them. And in 4: 9-13 he was to bake bread over fire made with a man’s dung. In verse 14 Ezekiel objected because he had always obeyed the Mosaic Law in the Torah (Leviticus 7: 23-27 and others about clean and unclean Commandments.) This was accepted, and he was allowed to substitute cows’ dung instead. (According to a National Geographic report on a T.V. show I saw in the past, in the Sahara desert some Bedouins in Africa sometimes cook or warm their food over camels dung when there is no other fuel available).
In chapter 9 Messiah calls on the destroying men to come forth, and one of them had a “writer’s inkhorn” and was told to go through Jerusalem and put a mark on their foreheads of those that “sigh and cry for all the abominations that be done”. In verse 6 He said to start with my Sanctuary. To the others there He said to go through the city and kill all who don’t have the mark on their foreheads. (Just like during the first Passover in Exodus chapters 11 and 12)
In Ezekiel chapter 10 the order was given to burn Jerusalem. In chapter 11 Messiah pointed out the leaders who had caused so much damage and Ezekiel fell on his face and asked if He will make a full end of the remnant of Israel. Messiah said the inhabitants there had been the ones who told Ezekiel’s kindred to go far from YHVH because He gave this land to them. Yet Messiah still gave a Prophesy of future mercies. In verses 16-20 He shows how this will be accomplished..
In verses 22-23 shows the whole vision of the Spirit of YHVH leaving the Temple and the city of Jerusalem until the Messiah came to it in Malachi 3:1-18 and 4:1-6.
Even though it seems hard to read these things, we need to realize how our Creator views our behavior on this planet, which He created for us. He tells us how we can get the best out of living here. In the instances about Israel which we read, we need to keep on reading. In Ezekiel 18: 1-32 we see that YHVH wants them to repent so that He can give them all kinds of Blessings that He planed for them from the beginning.
In the days of the Prophet Jeremiah, YHVH warned Israel about their behavior and how He would punish them if they would not change and submit to the punishment. In Jeremiah 29:10 YHVH told them that He would return them to Israel after seventy years if they obeyed Him.
There are many good Blessings ahead for the people of Israel. Please read the verses in Jeremiah 29:11-13. In all the times YHVH sent punishment it was because He loved them and wanted to make them a good example of how He wanted us all to have fellowship with Him and each other.
Please read Ezekiel 18:1-32 and Jeremiah 33:1-26.
YHVH had His Prophets Give Warning to people throughout the Bible for ignoring Him and His Laws, but He also gave promises for everlasting joy and happiness in eternity. Please keep learning as much as you can.
